Our first route is a ride through Empordà, exploring its most beautiful and emblematic corners, including a series of unforgettable medieval villages. Ullastret, Peratallada, Sant Sadurní and Monells are especially charming. We’ll also take this opportunity to enjoy a delicious lunch in a local restaurant specializing in traditional Catalan cuisine – Can Saló, in Palau-Sator.
This route is very accessible, with minimal incline – perfect to enjoy a day of relaxed cycling! At the end of the day, you can unwind by the pool or enjoy a restorative massage before we head to dinner at Restaurant Bo.TiC, in Corça (one of the villages we cycled through in the morning).

The second day is the longest and hardest day of the week, but the beautiful views on the road from Sant Feliu de Guíxols to Sant Grau will be well worth the effort.
The first (completely flat) part will take us south toward the sea to Sant Antoni de Calonge. From there, we’ll trace our way along the coast to Sant Feliu de Guíxols, where we’ll turn onto one of the most beautiful cycling roads in the world. The ascent to the hermitage of Sant Grau will leave you speechless. After our descent, we’ll enjoy lunch at a beautiful restaurant in Llagostera.
On the way back, we’ll tackle one more ascent to the mythical Santa Pellaia, an easy and beautiful climb. Tonight’s dinner will be in another Michelin-star restaurant, Els Tinars.

This is a truly unique route in terms of the landscape. Discover corners of the Costa Brava that very few people see – and what better way than by road bike!
Ride along the seaside cliffs of the Cap de Begur, with its breathtaking views. We’ll have to tackle some short but steep inclines in the first part of this stage.
After a hearty lunch in one of the best restaurants in the Palafrugell area, we’ll head towards Palamós, for a much flatter second half of the stage.
There is no better way to end a cycling day on the Costa Brava than by dining by the sea, at

Our 5 Stars tour would not be complete without the most famous climb of the Empordanet. The Coll de La Ganga is a rite of passage for cyclists in the region – it’s a stunning climb that connects the sea with the interior via a beautiful and very doable pass.
Before we tackle the ascent, we’ll ride through the plains of the Empordanet. Afterwards, we’ll head for a seaside lunch in Palamós.
We’ll return to Pals via inland roads, so we can get ready for a gourmet dinner at the world-renowned Celler de Can Roca.
